My Pre-scientific work (Vorwissenschaftliche Arbeit)
Hey there,
As part of my final-year research project, I focused on the design and setup of a fluorescence lifetime microscope intended for use in medical diagnostics supported by artificial intelligence.
The project involved assembling optical and electronic components to create a functional imaging system capable of capturing fluorescence lifetime measurements with high accuracy. I fine-tuned the hardware setup, performed system calibration, and tested its operation using biological samples.
This microscope is designed to support AI-enhanced image analysis, allowing for the detection of cellular and molecular structures associated with various diseases. By combining advanced imaging techniques with automated analysis, this technology has the potential to contribute to earlier diagnoses and more targeted therapies.
Through this project, I gained hands-on experience in working with complex imaging systems and explored their practical applications in modern healthcare.
